Sangha Yoga is the culmination of over 17 years of study, practice, and teaching taking shape as a community yoga studio in Shirley, Massachusetts. The concept of Sangha Yoga came from a desire to connect the community through yoga by including all adults and children in an ancient practice that can provide them with lifetime of benefits. The core of the current practice is to recognize that each practitioner within the community has individual needs, and that those needs can be met with the shared interest in yoga. It is a common ground. What makes Sangha Yoga unique is that it provides specialized yoga instruction in various locations within the community as well as in the Sangha Yoga Center itself. Instruction is centered around traditional yoga for adults while also specializing in prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, and yoga for children.
